Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven "Marketing Manager" with proven experience in (Digital marketing, Content Strategy, and eCommerce) This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated online and offline marketing strategies, driving brand expansion, leading social media marketing efforts, and fostering strategic business collaborations to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online & Offline Marketing Strategy

* Design and implement data-driven online and offline marketing campaigns tailored for eCommerce business objectives.

* Lead seasonal, product-specific, and market-entry promotional strategies, ensuring alignment with sales targets and customer behavior trends.

* Evaluate ROI of campaigns using performance metrics and continuously optimize marketing spend.

* Coordinate offline activation, events, and print media as needed to complement online marketing.

2. Brand Building & Expansion

* Develop a compelling brand identity and messaging consistent across all touchpoints.

* Strengthen brand presence through storytelling, visual branding, customer engagement, and influencer partnerships.

* Identify and execute expansion strategies, including entry into new digital markets or demographics.

* Monitor competitor brands and market trends to maintain a distinct and competitive brand voice.

3. Social Media Marketing

* Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

* Monitor analytics and performance metrics to increase reach, engagement, conversion, and customer retention.

* Develop a content calendar and oversee creation of visually compelling and persuasive content (images, videos, blogs).

* Stay updated with social trends and integrate relevant viral formats or collaborations.

4. Business Collaboration & Partnerships

* Identify and negotiate partnerships with complementary brands, influencers, and affiliates.

* Create co-branded campaigns and joint promotions to tap into new audiences.

* Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and digital influencers.

* Explore B2B and B2C partnership opportunities to extend the marketing ecosystem.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, content marketing, and eCommerce environments.

* Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for both online and offline channels.

* Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok), and CRM tools.

* Ability to use marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.

* Demonstrated ability to manage social media platforms and create high-engagement campaigns.

* Experience in managing a brand and leading creative marketing projects end-to-end.
