Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Scribe Specialist to assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters in real-time. The scribe will work closely with physicians during patient consultations to ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records. This role allows providers to focus on patient care while maintaining high-quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, and plans during patient visits.
- Record lab and imaging results, procedures, and follow-up instructions.
- Navigate the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system efficiently to input or retrieve information.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all patient data in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate with physicians and medical staff to clarify documentation needs.
- Review and proofread notes for grammatical and clinical accuracy.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of medical charts.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., biology, healthcare, medical terminology) preferred.
Experience:
- Prior experience as a medical scribe or in a clinical setting preferred.
- Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athena) is an advantage

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
