Job Title: Meta Ads Associate

Role Overview
Zikra Infotech LLC is hiring a results-oriented Meta Ads Associate to manage and grow performance marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands Meta platforms and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for creating and executing campaigns that achieve clear business goals while constantly testing and optimizing to improve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, and manage full-funnel ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Support campaign efforts across Snapchat and TikTok as needed.
- Optimize ads based on performance metrics to meet KPIs and ROAS targets.
- Conduct audience research, design creatives, and test ad variations.
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools like Looker Studio.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure ad strategies align with business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media.
- Maintain compliance with platform advertising policies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta
- Strong analytical mindset – confident in interpreting data and making performance-based decisions.
- Proficiency in campaign optimization, creative testing, and budget allocation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with high ownership and integrity.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
