Meta Ads Marketer

Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM | Night Shift | On-site

Pay: Rs 140,000 - Rs 160,000 per month
About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven Meta Ads Marketer to lead and manage paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complete customer journey, from awareness to conversion, and knows how to build campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage paid campaigns for customer acquisition and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and test lookalike audiences, A/B test creatives, and optimize performance.
- Implement full-funnel strategies covering awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop offers and campaign strategies.
- Execute WhatsApp campaigns through click-to-WhatsApp ads and promotional broadcasts.
- Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API for automated responses and customer interactions.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize based on analytics, KPIs, and campaign goals.
- Work closely with the design team for creative assets, content team for messaging, and development team for technical WhatsApp integrations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategies, and retargeting tactics.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and promotional tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret ad performance data and make data-backed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and coordinate across teams.
