Job Description:
Medicam High Performance Centre is seeking a proactive and results-driven Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in converting incoming leads into successful enrollments and ensuring smooth communication with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads generated through campaigns and inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about our training programs, schedules, and offerings.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in a structured format.
- Achieve enrollment targets through persuasive and service-oriented communication.
- Assist walk-in clients and handle front-desk coordination when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer conversion roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
- Malir-based candidates will be preferred.
