Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify relevant business groups on Facebook and other social media platforms based in the UK.
· Promote Taxeezy Social Media pages within targeted business groups to increase visibility and engagement.
· Design social media campaigns based on market research in accounting and taxation industry in the UK to reach specific target audiences.
· Create compelling graphics and visuals to enhance social media posts and campaigns.
· Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to engage with audiences and influencers.
· Identify and collaborate with social media influencers in the relevant industry to amplify brand presence.
· Monitor and analyse web traffic and social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
· Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve social media presence and engagement.
· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp to engage existing clients and drive customer retention.
· Create compelling email content and visuals that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
· Proficiency in creating and managing advertisement on various social media platforms.
· Capability to produce short, engaging videos tailored for existing app to enhance user experience and drive app engagement and client retention.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in market research and targeting specific audience segments on social media platforms.
· Expertise in graphic design with the ability to create visually appealing social media content.
· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
· Familiarity with identifying and engaging with social media influencers.
· Ability to analyze social media metrics and produce reports to measure performance.
· Strong interpersonal skills to encourage collaboration with influencers and engage with the audience effectively.
· Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and web traffic monitoring is a plus.
