Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative processes.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Support medical reception tasks as needed, ensuring patient information is handled confidentially and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance overall productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- English speaking, listening and writing skills are mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficient in using standard office software and equipment.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
