Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and facilities for support needs
- Support other departments with administrative needs as required
