Responsibilities:
- Maintain, clear and organized records to ensure all reports and documents of filed work.
- Logging, maintaining and filing bills.
- Posting and monitoring day to day funds/cash flows.
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings.
- Investigating purchase queries.
- Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details.
- Processing personal and dept. expenses.
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies
- Assisting with queries and reporting of teams/activities.
- Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting, reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records to manager/management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned by management/manager
Salary Range:
- Rs 15000- Rs 25000 (Negotiable not fixed)
