Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding billing, technical support, and general inquiries
- Assist with payment processing and billing adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues related to internet, TV, and phone services
- Recommend relevant products, services, and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams for issue resolution
