Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage order operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily processing of e-commerce orders across multiple platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Website, etc.)
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers
- Resolve issues related to orders such as delays, cancellations, and returns
- Maintain up-to-date order records and ensure proper documentation
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with the inventory and customer service departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce order processing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with order management systems
- Experience with popular e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Must be Karachi-based and willing to work onsite in DHA Phase 6
