- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
- Handle objections, answer queries, and convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on previous interactions and maintain customer relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback to the team leader/supervisor for campaign improvement.
- Adhere to call centre scripts, protocols, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Previous experience in telecasting, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call centre software or CRMs.
Target-driven with a positive and energetic attitude.
