Key Roles & Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with Takmil Foundation chapters across North America to facilitate outreach efforts and program implementation.
● Conduct meetings with Takmil Foundation, coordinate with attendees, documenting minutes of the meetings, disseminate MoM with stakeholders.
● Provide support role in organising online and physical events which includes but not limited to designing posters, newsletters, webinar schedules, video editing, sending invitations, designing presentations.
● Able to present Takmil Foundation to existing and potential donors and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
● Perform duties delegated by the Program Manager, with a focus on effective outreach and coordination.
● Provide support and facilitation for tasks related to projects within North America.
Qualification and Experience:
● Masters's Degree in a relevant discipline such as Mass Communication, Business Administration, Management Sciences or a related discipline.
● Minimum one years related work experience
● Familiar with social media tools and Canva
● Knowledge of Education Sector
