Position: Google Ads Specialist
Location: Remote
Salary: $15 - $25 per hour (Negotiable, based on experience)

Job Description
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Remarketing, etc.).
- Optimize campaign performance through keyword research, bid management, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance (weekly/monthly) using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads dashboards.
- Conduct competitor and market research to develop effective advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad content aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithms, and new features to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of keyword research, A/B testing, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Google Ads certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
