Patient Billing Caller – Deductibles / Copay / Patient Responsibility (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based patients regarding deductibles, copays, and patient responsibility for lab services.
• Clearly explain billing statements and assist patients with payment arrangements.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve patient billing inquiries professionally.
• Follow up on unpaid balances and maintain detailed call logs.
• Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal billing and AR teams for issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in US medical billing or patient calling.
• Complete knowledge of the patient billing cycle.
• Strong understanding of insurance guidelines specific to the state of Texas.
• Familiarity with terms like deductible, copay, coinsurance, and patient responsibility.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Calm, empathetic, and professional phone manner.
• Proficient in using computers and data entry systems.

• Shift Timing: Night Shift (aligned with US business hours)

• Salary: PKR 80,000 to 100,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
