Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-performing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Can also work with TIK-TOK and LinkedIn ads
- Conduct detailed market and keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize targeting strategies.
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum impact with allocated resources.
- Can do CRO analysis
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with our creative and content teams to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Report campaign results to clients and internal stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Deep understanding of PPC, audience segmentation, and conversion optimisation.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad tracking platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting campaign data and trends.
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
- Experience with remarketing, A/B testing, and multi-channel strategies.
