We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), along with the ability to design and optimize full-funnel campaigns that generate high-quality leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and software to fuel Octet Solutions’ growth across diverse product lines.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage full-funnel paid advertising strategies across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant platforms such as TikTok Ads.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including audience research, segmentation, creative development, budgeting, targeting, optimization, and scaling to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team (copywriters, graphic designers, video editors) to develop compelling ad creatives and test multiple ad variations for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing for ads and landing pages to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
- Utilize analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, UTM parameters) to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience profiling to identify new opportunities and optimize targeting strategies, including lookalike and custom audience creation.
- Establish and maintain robust conversion tracking frameworks to accurately attribute campaign outcomes and inform budget allocation.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Octet Solutions remains competitive.
- Mentor and support junior marketing team members by sharing knowledge on paid media strategies, tools, and optimization techniques.
- Coordinate with support and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals and customer journey stages.
- Developing Brand Identity and Direction of its products and services.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize impact while controlling spend.
- Drive marketing efforts across all Octet Solutions’ brands and products tailoring campaigns to diverse audiences and markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and related platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and measurable business growth with a strong ROI focus.
- Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing complex full-funnel campaigns spanning search, display, video, and social media ads.
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Event setup, and UTM parameter management for accurate campaign tracking and attribution.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices including A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and continuously learning with a passion for testing new ideas and driving growth.
- Experience working with diverse industries such as SaaS, education, and restaurants is a plus.
