At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients to find a highly skilled Performance Marketing & PPC Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in data-driven environments, enjoys optimizing campaigns, and can balance creativity with analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Google Search campaigns, along with experience in tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization, while also being open to exploring cross-channel growth opportunities such as Meta Ads and CRO best practices.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search PPC campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Monitor performance, adjust bids, and refine targeting, keywords, and ads for maximum ROI.
- Manage budgets effectively and forecast ad spend to align with client goals.
- Implement and manage tracking systems using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
- Integrate and manage CallRail or similar call-tracking platforms.
- Provide clear, actionable performance reports and insights to guide future strategies.
- Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, making recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
- Run Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to diversify traffic sources.
- Collaborate on landing page audits and CRO improvements to maximize conversion rates.
- Contribute insights on SEO fundamentals, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools.
You are a results-driven marketer who understands how to balance strategy with execution. You thrive on analyzing data, making informed decisions, and continuously optimizing for performance. You are confident in managing campaigns independently, while also bringing creative ideas that support business growth. Your knowledge of PPC, analytics tools, and call-tracking platforms makes you highly effective, and your familiarity with Meta Ads, CRO, and SEO fundamentals adds further value.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Search.
- Expert-level proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
- Experience implementing and integrating CallRail or similar call-tracking platforms.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast spend, and achieve KPIs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
A typical day in this role involves launching and optimizing Google Search campaigns, monitoring KPIs, and analyzing data to improve performance. You will regularly adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to ensure campaigns remain efficient and results-driven. Throughout the day, you’ll manage integrations across Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CallRail to ensure accurate tracking, while also preparing performance reports that highlight key insights. Collaboration with the team will play a key role as you work on landing page improvements, test creative strategies, and explore opportunities in Meta Ads and other marketing channels.
