Key Responsibilities:
- Process, analyze, and manage data related to inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Identify inefficiencies in warehouse and logistics operations and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, shipments, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Liaise with different departments for order processing, stock updates, and supply chain tracking.
- Monitor stock levels, track product movement, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Plan and oversee inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with transporters.
- Maintain proper warehouse layout, labeling, and storage practices for easy accessibility.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and regulatory guidelines in warehouse operations.
- Lead and guide warehouse staff for efficient operations.
- Take full responsibility for any stock loss, theft, or damage, and ensure preventive measures are followed.
