- Building executive dashboards and interactive reports tailored for C-suite stakeholders
- Expertise in designing visually appealing, brand-aligned dashboards optimized for both mobile and web platforms

- Data Integration & ETL
Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets) using Power Query (M), SQL, and ETL tools
- Data Modeling
Design optimized data models (star/snowflake schemas), define relationships, and create calculated columns and measures using DAX
- Report & Dashboard Design
Build interactive, visually appealing dashboards and drill-down reports; customize visuals and focus on user experience
- Performance Optimization
Improve report loading times by optimizing data models, query folding, DAX, and refresh schedules
- Security & Governance
Implement row-level security (RLS), access controls, and ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance
- Collaboration & Support
Work with data engineers, analysts, and business users. Conduct trainings and support sessions
- Documentation & Maintenance
Maintain technical documentation (data sources, models, reports), troubleshoot issues, and tune Power BI environments
- Stay Current
Keep updated on new Power BI features, best practices, and BI trends

Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Analytics, or related field
- Experience Level:

- Mid‑Senior: 3–5+ years, possibly plus BI stack (SSRS/SSAS/SSIS)
- Certifications: PL‑300, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, etc. (beneficial, though not always mandatory)
