OWILC, with 50 years of excellence in immigration consultancy and a strong network of 10 branches across Pakistan, is launching its Study Abroad Division. We are expanding our team and seeking highly motivated individuals to join us as Processing Officers.
Job Overview:
The Processing Officer (Study Abroad) will be responsible for managing the complete application lifecycle of students applying to foreign universities. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end processing of student applications for overseas universities.
- Review academic documents, financial records, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with students, universities, and embassies for timely submission of applications and supporting documents.
- Guide students on visa application procedures, interviews, and travel arrangements.
- Stay updated with admission guidelines, immigration policies, and country-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of student files and application statuses in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with university partners and maintain strong working relationships.
- Assist the counselling team in ensuring smooth processing and student satisfaction.
- Monitor timelines and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
- Liaise with internal compliance teams to ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in study abroad processing or visa application services.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and document handling.
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and USA student visa processes.
- Certification in counselling (ICEF, British Council, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
