- Preparation and roll-out of Documentation (Checklists, PP Updates, Customer Documents) to all relevant stakeholders for Autos Products.
- Introduce New Autos Product Variants
- Enhance current Autos product features
- Monitor Autos Product, Pricing and Portfolio
- To makes sure, meeting all existing Autos Financing requirements of Consumers, within minimum best possible turnaround time, in order to make HBL the market leader in offering Autos Financing.
- To make plans to fulfill future requirements of Consumers for Autos Financing
- To make plans for the best possible synergies HBL can create with the Autos Finance Industry, , Life Insurance Companies to offer best possible life cycle based Autos Financing
- To assist Project Manager & Head PD & in order to get accomplished development and then deployment of Business Process Management (BPM) to get best possible benefits from BPM to make sure accomplishment of digital flow of Autos Financing documentation in minimum possible short period of time
- To prepare and execute required SLAs/SOPs with different support functions/stakeholders to make sure that no operational hurdle is faced by business while selling Autos financing
- To prepare check list for all support functions/stake holders and Finance business to make sure HBL meets all SBP PRs requirements
- To prepare and maintain MIS to identify weaknesses for their prompt removal in order to enhance Autos business growth
- To assist Head Business - Autos Financing & Head Consumer Financing to meet all business requirements in minimum possible time
- Conduct Campaigns for Customers
- Conduct Sales Contests for Staff.
- Arrange events for real estate / brokers and all parties related to Autos Finance.
- Conduct training to all front-line staff.
- Hold interactive knowledge sessions with all stakeholders every month to identify areas of improvement and generate ideas for improvement, highlight roadblocks and concerns.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor / master's degree or equivalent from HEC accredited institution.
Minimum experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience in multiple areas preferably Consumer Banking.
