Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee day to day execution of both creative and development projects. You will be the bridge between design teams, developers, and stakeholders ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and communication is seamless.
This is a key role for someone who loves planning, problem-solving, and keeping workflows smooth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple design, multimedia, and development projects simultaneously.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Identify and resolve workflow issues, scheduling conflicts, or delivery risks.
- Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in resource allocation, task assignments, and milestone planning.
Requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coordinating design and/or development projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Notion).
- Basic understanding of creative and development processes and deliverables.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
