Job Title: Project Coordinator (Night Shift)
Location: I-10/3, Islamabad (Onsite)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and organized Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of software development stacks and project lifecycle management. You will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring clear communication between clients and technical staff to deliver successful web and mobile development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate software development projects from initiation to delivery
- Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables
- Understand and manage tasks across different software stacks (e.g., MERN, MEAN, LAMP, etc.)
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Organize and lead daily standups, sprint reviews, and project meetings
- Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and provide solutions
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and task boards using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Communicate project updates and status to clients and internal management
- Ensure efficient use of team resources and manage project timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in an IT/software company
- Strong understanding of software development stacks and SDLC
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Must be available to work onsite during night shift (6 PM – 2 AM)
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with development processes for web, mobile, and API-based applications
- Technical background or ability to understand coding terms and concepts
- Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

- Islamabad I-10/Markaz (44800): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
