Role Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates specialized in Project Management or Software Engineering to join us as Project Management Trainees. This 6-month paid traineeship will give you hands-on experience in ERP project delivery and client collaboration in a real-world consulting environment.
Successful trainees may be offered a permanent position at the end of the program.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating and tracking ERP implementation projects (primarily Odoo ERP)
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and Developers
- Monitor project milestones and timelines, helping ensure smooth delivery
- Prepare essential project documentation and status reports
- Attend client meetings, participate in requirement gathering and training sessions
- Ideal Candidate Fresh graduate with a degree in Project Management, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in ERP, client engagement, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to Odoo or any ERP tool is a plus
