About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven ERP Sales Trainee to join our enterprise solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers who are excited about software like Oracle, Odoo, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics and want to grow in the booming ERP domain.
As part of our sales team, you'll be trained to generate leads, go on client calls, pitch ERP solutions, and close deals. Full training and ERP certification will be provided to set you up for long-term success in the field. High performers can expect fast-track promotions into senior roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc (any software of your interest).
- Generate qualified leads through research, outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Engage in client meetings and video calls to understand their business needs.
- Work closely with ERP consultants to prepare and deliver customized proposals and demos.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
- Take ownership of the sales cycle from pitch to closing the deal (after training).
- Achieve set sales targets under the guidance of experienced mentors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Strong interest in enterprise software and sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn sales strategies and technical ERP concepts.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
