Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close leads for ERP software solutions
Identify and approach potential clients in relevant industries
Conduct needs assessments and present tailored ERP solutions
Lead demos, proposals, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with technical teams to align product delivery with client expectations
Meet defined sales targets and contribute to business growth
Must-Have Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of direct experience in ERP sales (mandatory)
Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Existing network of potential clients in mid-to-large enterprises
