Currently, we are looking for a driven Project Trainee for our Production department, to be based in Jamshoro.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Qualification document and Participate in Validation/Qualification activities of Hawaii Project.
- Develop operational document like SOPs, BMRs & BPRs etc.
- Part of commission & installation activities of Hawaii project equipment (compression & manufacturing equipment).
- Responsible to reduce defects (Deviation, BDEs, Product Recall, & maintain the activities of events and deviation as a champion in deviation management (eDM) production waste (hazardous & non-hazardous) and Breakdown of the area.
- Conduct training activities & train the staff accordingly.
- Develop the EHS related documents i.e. machinery safety risk assessment, Workplace risk assessment, LOTO procedures & Operational standard works.
- Training and Execution of Maintenance program of Hawaii project production machines as Site Maintenance Program.
- Ensure compliance to SOPs, EHS and cGMP regulations.
- Check machine manuals & develop the critical spare part list as per the business / EHS Quality critically.
- Prepare SOPs, Assessments, RCAs, and general documentation of Area.
- Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Pharm-D (Pharmacy)
- Skills: Internal personal Skill, Microsoft Office, Computer / Application Usage i.e., ERP/CMMS.
- Experience: 1-2 Years
- Updated CV clearly mentioning your Degree Name, Field of Study/Specialization, Year of Graduation Completion, Final CGPA/Percentage and City of Residence.
- Availability to join from August 2025.
