Job description:
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), consistently submitting 4 Invitations to Tender (ITTs) and unlimited Selection Questionnaires (SQs) per month.
- Find contracts from different portals in UK
- Win contracts both ITT and SQ.
- Proficient in understanding the unique and often changing requirements of ITT, SQ, PQQ, PQ, RFQ, and CQQ processes.
- Lead customer-focused solutions across all commercial FM sector contracts.
- Covered a wide geographical area, providing services throughout England, Wales, and Scotland.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify specific needs, delivering bespoke solutions tailored to each requirement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Ops Team to ensure we provide actual details to buy for our service delivery.
- Monthly Debriefs for performance management and improvement of work with Bid Manager.
- Attend Breakdown Meetings on every Monday to present bid proposal
- follow the set/defined bid management process highlighted by the Bid Manager.
- Attend Kick Off Meetings for creating bespoke responses.
