Senior Python Developer – WADIC

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python Developer with a strong background in Django to help develop innovative, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a key contributor, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to transform requirements into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable Python code using the Django framework.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality through best practices including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Python development with a focus on web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Django framework.
- Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- In-depth understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and data structures.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in developer communities.

Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Full-time)
