We’re Hiring: Python / OpenAI Developer

Experience Required: 3+ Years in Backend (Python) | 2+ Years in LLM/AI Projects
Aquila360 is on the hunt for an experienced Python/OpenAI Developer to build cutting-edge GenAI features and LLM-powered applications. If you have experience with OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, or RAG pipelines — we want you onboard!
Responsibilities:
1) Build and deploy GenAI solutions using OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.
2) Develop RAG pipelines with vector DBs like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate
3) Implement LLM agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen
4) Design APIs for model inference with FastAPI or Flask
5) Create tools: AI chatbots, document parsers, data scrapers, and more
6) Work with structured/unstructured data (PDFs, HTML, audio)
7) Optimize prompt engineering for efficiency and reliability
8) Integrate AI capabilities with frontend applications
9) Build CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployments
10) Monitor and optimize model cost, accuracy, and performance
Requirements:
1) 3+ years of backend experience (Python)
2) 2+ years of building LLM-based production apps
3) Deep expertise in prompt engineering and token optimization
4) Familiarity with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and fine-tuning
5) Experience in RAG pipelines and vector databases
6) Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen
7) Exposure to SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock
8) Strong debugging, scaling, and production rollout capabilities
9) Excellent communication and teamwork skills
