Better Recruitment is hiring a Python / OpenAI Developer for one of our well-known clients based in Johar Town, Lahore. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong backend expertise and proven experience in building real-world LLM applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy GenAI features using OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases
- Develop AI agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen
- Design and scale APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks
- Handle various data formats (PDF, HTML, voice) in data pipelines
- Optimize prompt engineering for accuracy, token efficiency, and hallucination control
- Integrate AI functionalities with frontend systems
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for LLM operations
- Monitor and improve model inference efficiency and reliability
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of backend development experience (preferably in Python)
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI applications
- Strong understanding of tokenization, embeddings, and context window strategies
- Proficient with OpenAI, Anthropic, or related APIs
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate
- Knowledge of tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen
- Experience with deploying solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Azure)
- Ability to independently manage project lifecycles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
