We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Home Tutors to provide high-quality academic support to students from secondary grades up to grade 12 across a variety of subjects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in their subject area, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group instruction in subjects including (but not limited to) Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and other electives as needed.
- Customize lesson plans to match the student's learning style, academic goals, and curriculum requirements.
- Prepare students for school exams, standardized tests, and academic assessments.
- Monitor and report on student progress to parents/guardians regularly.
- Provide homework help, revision strategies, and study techniques.
- Create a supportive, engaging, and motivating learning environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Education, Science, Mathematics, English, etc.).
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching secondary school students.
- Strong knowledge of national and/or international curricula (e.g. A-Level, O-Level, IGCSE, IB, State Boards).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work according to students’ schedules (evenings/weekends may be required).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
