TopSpot is looking for Quality Assurance Engineer having 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience. Then candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our websites, and marketing automation tools. The candidate will work closely with developers, designers, and digital marketers to identify and resolve issues, guaranteeing a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios for web applications.
- Perform manual testing to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Collaborate with development and marketing teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
- Monitor and maintain testing environments, ensuring stability and reliability.
- Report and document defects, working closely with developers for resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning and review sessions to ensure testing alignment with project goals.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in an IT or Digital Marketing environment.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
- Understanding of web technologies, responsive design, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytics.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge for automated testing.
