We’re looking for a Quality Control Engineer who’s not just technically sound, but passionate about keeping our process and control system projects sharp, shiny, and spec-perfect—from integration to fabrication, testing to shipment.
🔍 Job Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for all things QC—working with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
- Craft inspection & test plans that would make any project manager proud.
- Lead pre-inspection meetings like a pro (bonus: you'll get to tell engineers what to do 😎).
- Sniff out quality risks before they become real problems—and suggest fixes that work.
- Review and submit subcontractor QC docs like WPS, PQR, NDE procedures, painting/welding specs, PMI test plans, MRBs, and more.
- Make sure all materials meet client specs—no shortcuts allowed.
- Inspect, test, report, and spot non-conformities like a quality ninja.
- Keep equipment and material checks on track—because precision is everything.
- Maintain all QA/QC documentation like a well-organized legend.
- Stay on top of calibration records and testing gear status (you’ll be the reason things don’t go “BOOM”).
- Coordinate witness inspections and raise inspection notifications like a boss.
- Review RT reports and films—yes, you get to look at X-rays and feel like a superhero.
- Prepare FAT procedures and test reports with the Mech & E&I teams.
- Ensure smooth handoffs and client punch closures during FAT.
- Compile comprehensive MRBs—every doc, every cert, every report.
- Be the watchdog of quality throughout project execution and closure.
- Always stay professional, compliant, and one step ahead of any issues.
📦 Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree from a reputable university (and good grades to prove it!).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant field.
- CSWIP 3.1 is a must; API 510/570 will get you some bonus cookies 🍪.
- Experience in skid fabrication, piping, structural work, and chemical dosing/water treatment packages is a huge plus.
- Hands-on familiarity with Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, QE Energy, PDO, Shell specs = gold.
- Deep knowledge of international standards: API, ASME, EN, AWS.
- Know your way around P&IDs, GA drawings, and fabrication layouts.
- Excellent documentation, inspection, and reporting skills—basically, you 're part detective, part perfectionist.
- ISO certification is a plus point.

- Health/Life Insurance
- Travel for easy commute
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.
- Be part of a highly skilled and motivational team.
