Job Summary:
The R&D Executive will play a key role in the formulation, testing, and development of new beauty and personal care products. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative, safe, and compliant cosmetic solutions aligned with current market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve formulations for skincare, haircare, makeup, and other cosmetic products.
- Conduct laboratory testing, stability studies, and shelf-life evaluations to ensure product safety and efficacy.
- Research new ingredients, raw materials, and technologies for incorporation into product development.
- Work with marketing and product teams to support concept development and feasibility analysis.
- Ensure all products meet local and international regulatory compliance (e.g., PSQCA, FDA, EU guidelines).
- Maintain and update technical documentation, formulation records, and ingredient safety data sheets (SDS).
- Assist in scaling up lab formulations to pilot and commercial production with manufacturing teams.
- Monitor consumer trends, competitor products, and innovations in the beauty industry.
- Coordinate with suppliers for raw material specifications, COAs, and technical support.
- Participate in quality control and product improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in cosmetic formulation or product development (beauty industry preferred).
- Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, product safety, and formulation techniques.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
