Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, databases, and professional networks
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads for evaluations
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Generate weekly reports and recruitment metrics to support HR planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight timelines
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
