Position Summary
Lead regional agriculture services team for Agri. raw material sourcing to achieve business targets through implementation of good farm & sustainable agriculture practices.
A day in the life of...
- Ensuring availability and sourcing of quality fresh milk / Agri raw materials and effective usage of all available resources
- Driving regional operations to ensure KPIs achievement
- Preparing business forecast for quality fresh milk and Agri raw materials sourcing. Subsequently creating alignment and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Guiding regional and cross functional teams to ensure implementation for driving sustainable initiatives in agriculture farm activities and the value chain
- Acting as an advisor to Agriculture Services function in developing effective strategies for fresh milk/ Agri raw material volumes & supply as per business need.
- Leading people management affairs in the region in light of procedure and guidelines provided by company to ensure personal and professional development of team members

- Knowledge and understanding of modern dairy and agriculture farms’ management
- Adequate knowledge and understanding of risk assessment, food safety, hygiene and quality assurance, sustainability of raw material production
- Demonstrated ability to lead with vision and integrity, fostering team alignment, ownership, and high performance in dynamic environments
