About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Closer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role open exclusively to candidates based in Pakistan who have proven experience in closing deals with international clients.
You will be directly onboarded with our international client, representing them in front of prospects and managing the full sales cycle from qualification to close. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, fluent in English, and has a track record of closing high-ticket deals remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the entire sales closing process from discovery to final agreement
- Engage with leads (cold, warm or hot) provided by the sales development team
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to international prospects
- Navigate objections and negotiate effectively to close deals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with client-side teams to align sales strategies with business goals
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism, as you will represent the client directly
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Closer, specifically in international markets
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working remotely with international clients in a professional setting
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work professionally, manage a full pipeline, and follow up diligently
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in SaaS, B2B services, or high-ticket product environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., GHL)
- Exposure to North American, European, or Australian markets
- Background in remote team collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
