02 to 03 years of Pediatrics experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments, diagnoses, and management of pediatric patients under the supervision of a consultant.
- Respond promptly to pediatric emergencies and assist in procedures such as resuscitation, intubation, and management in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) settings.
- Monitor patient vitals, maintain accurate medical records and progress notes, and ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate effectively about patient conditions, treatment plans, and hospital policies with empathy and clarity.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with hospital policies and pediatric care protocols.
