Grand Millennium Hotel is hiring passionate and service-oriented individuals for its Room Service Department. We are looking to fill multiple positions, including Waiters, Restaurant Manager, and Order Takers to ensure our guests receive high-quality service and a memorable dining experience.
Available Positions:
- Waiter (Room Service)
- Restaurant Manager
- Order Taker
Key Responsibilities (depending on role):
- Take and deliver room service orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and service quality
- Manage restaurant operations and staff (Restaurant Manager)
- Handle order calls efficiently and input orders into the system (Order Taker)
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or F&B preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Leadership skills and experience required for Restaurant Manager position
