Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction & Advice:
- Build and maintain good relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Understand their real estate needs and provide helpful advice.
- Give guidance on property prices, market trends, and good investment opportunities.
- Aim to build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
2. Property Listings & Visits:
- Manage property listings for sale or rent and make sure all details are correct and up to date.
- Show properties to potential clients and explain key features.
3. Market Knowledge:
- Keep up with local market trends, prices, and competitors.
- Share useful insights to help clients make informed decisions.
4. Deal Negotiation:
- Help buyers and sellers reach fair agreements.
- Manage paperwork and make sure everything follows legal rules and procedures.
5. Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Work toward meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Keep track of sales and regularly update the management team.
6. Marketing:
- Use both online and traditional methods to promote properties.
- Use social media, advertising, and CRM tools to find leads and increase sales.
7. Customer Service:
- Support clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
- Answer questions quickly and provide great service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or similar is preferred (but not required).
- Experience: Experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
- Skills Needed:
- Good at negotiating and selling
- Strong communication and people skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market
- Good at managing time and staying organized
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
