Job Summary:
Cyber System is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close sales for our IT and digital services. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, confident in communication, and experienced in B2B or B2C sales—particularly in the US or international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service offerings (e.g., IT support, credentialing, RCM, or technical staffing)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, and technical departments)
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals
- Maintain CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide post-sale support and account management when required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in IT, BPO, or healthcare support services)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation platforms
- Ability to work night shifts (to support US clients)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
