Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Paint and FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding market reach for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for paint and FMCG products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and promotions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably in Paint and/or FMCG sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
