Role Overview:
We are hiring an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our digital software and services sales division. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a strong track record in B2B/B2C software sales, preferably in the SaaS or IT services space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end sales processes for digital software solutions and services.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with B2B/B2C clients across different industries.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales messaging and improve lead generation quality.
- Deliver product demos, proposals, and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets based on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Manage the CRM and sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital software or SaaS sales (B2B/B2C).
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling, lead conversion, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience working in IT services, SaaS, BPO, or digital agencies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in managing or mentoring a small team.
- Results-focused with a clear understanding of performance-based sales incentives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: PKR 300,000 to 500,000 per month
Final offer based on experience level, sales history, and KPIs.
- Structure: Basic Salary + Sales Incentives / Commission
