Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in our SaaS Platform Sales, located in Karachi. The right candidate will join our Structured Solutions teams & focus exclusively on selling our employee engagement platform to existing & new corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and product / IT teams to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications:
· Solid experience in SaaS Platform Sales & Account Management
· Strong skills in Sales Presentations, Client Relationship Management & Contract Negotiation.
· Solid contacts in local Corporate market - preferably in HR & Trade Marketing departments.
· Good understanding of tech/IT & SaaS platforms in general.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
