You will architect a world-class training program to drive revenue growth in UK/US markets, ensuring our team masters every phase of the sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation.
Senior Sales Trainer (B2B Digital Marketing – UK/US Markets)
Job Type: Full-Time or Hybrid (20–45 hrs./week)
Core Responsibilities1. Sales Methodology & Skill Development
- Train BDEs to execute 100–250+ strategic cold calls/day to C-level executives (UK/US), emphasizing gatekeeper navigation, objection handling, and pitch refinement.
- Develop industry-tailored scripts (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS) that align digital marketing solutions with client pain points.
- Teach consultative selling techniques to position SEO, PPC, and web development as ROI-driven investments.
2. Pipeline & Deal Execution
- Mentor teams on end-to-end sales leadership: lead qualification → needs analysis → contract negotiation.
- Implement CRM best practices (HubSpot/Salesforce) for pipeline hygiene, prioritization, and forecasting.
- Train BDEs to close 5–7+ deals/month (avg. deal size: $5K–$20K) using data-backed negotiation frameworks.
3. Performance Optimization
- Conduct mock calls with real-time feedback to refine communication and closing tactics.
- Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, deal velocity, revenue attainment) and adjust training accordingly.
- Coach senior BDEs to lead junior teams, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture.
4. Market-Specific Expertise
- Address cultural nuances in UK/US B2B sales (e.g., direct vs. relationship-based outreach).
- Optimize outreach timing for GMT/EST time zones to maximize engagement.
QualificationsExperience
- 5+ years in B2B sales training, preferably for digital marketing agencies, SEO, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of training teams for international markets (UK/US focus).
- Expertise in cold outreach, CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), and solution selling.
Skills
- Fluent, executive-level English with exceptional presentation skills.
- Ability to simulate high-stakes sales scenarios and provide actionable feedback.
- Technical familiarity with SEO, PPC, and web development to contextualize training.
Logistics
