We are looking for Senior Business Development Executives to take a proactive role in generating a pipeline for the Sales Team by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospects across global markets. This role requires independent initiative, effective outreach, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
VIDIZMO, a USA company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, is a Microsoft & AWS Partner recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant & IDC MarketScape, focusing on Enterprise video and audio platform solutions, evidence management and redaction solutions using artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential leads through cold calling and targeted email campaigns to create a strong pipeline for Sales Executives.
- Use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft to identify and engage VIDIZMO buyer personas.
- Learn and articulate VIDIZMO products, customer challenges, value propositions, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Understand and map the buyer journey, identify trigger points, and build segmented prospect lists for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Execute ABM campaigns using email, text messages, voicemail drops, and cold calling.
- Conduct product demos and engage prospects in early conversations until the buying process initiates.
- Build trust and develop strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to refine outreach strategies and share market feedback.
- Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, response rates, conversion rates) and optimize approaches accordingly.
- Mentor junior business development executives and assist in refining messaging and outreach processes.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; business, marketing, or IT backgrounds are a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales roles within a tech environment.
- Proven experience with cold calling and engaging C-level or senior decision-makers.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical topics such as video streaming, cloud platforms, artificial intelligence, and digital media.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to performance improvement.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM and lead generation tools.
- A natural team player with the ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
