- Stay updated on company policies and products to provide accurate information.
- Manage all assigned tasks, ensuring workflow efficiency and timely email resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex email inquiries efficiently
Experience:
- 2+ year of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
- Should have good communication & English writing skills.
