We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Officer – Payroll to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end processing of bi-monthly US payroll and collaborating closely with the HR teams, both locally and in the United States. You will handle employee payroll queries, ensure compliance with US labor and tax regulations, and contribute to compensation planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process bi-monthly US payroll including bonuses, commissions, and incentives across various pay structures.
- Design and evaluate new compensation plans, including financial modeling of their impact.
- Address employee queries regarding pay, deductions, entitlements, and other payroll-related concerns.
- Prepare and analyze commission reports linked to sales and operational performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
- Assist in continuous improvement of payroll systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in processing US payroll, preferably in a multinational or US-based organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas)..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
